PaLC presently does not rent office space and operates the bulk of its programs and provides most of its information online. The new PaLC team is committed to the highest standards of effectiveness and efficiency. We will annually review our expenses in order to provide the highest calibre services, administration and non profit governance at sensible cost. [Please note that as the new team took over an existing organization with no resources in 2002, we are in the process of building up our organization's, programs and internal operations, and thus our expenses for infrastructure will be higher as we build our foundations.] Management and Administration: Expenses include:
