Do you have a creative idea for an animal friendly license plate, and would you be willing to donate your art for a worthy cause?

Submit your artwork to aflp@palc.org and PaLC will present your design on this section of the website. Any organization or state that likes your design or style of artwork can then contact you for further information.

PaLC reserves the right to select and refuse designs for display. All designs submitted must be your original work.
